"MINDY AGUIRRE: Cannot explain how poorly I was taken advantage of, duped, ignored, and I'm insulted by these people and how corrupt the Mindy Aguirre state farm team is I was told that the three fraudulent duplications of one accident , which were never corrected, would at least fall off my record in Dec 2025 and my ability to get affordable insurance and having a clean driving record would then be possible. Well it's December. I would like Mindy to contact me and tell me that these falsely recorded 3 copies of one accident are GONE. the three false accidents were created from a single incident by state farm underwriters (I had one single accident-then state farm switched agents from Carey Fisher to Mindy Aguirre and messed up big time. It is impossible to have 3 identical accidents a month apart from each other. same times, locations, incident description, and damage--yet they manufactured this, dumped me with a damaged driving record and left me forced to pay the highest cost insurance premium as a result of their studied and malicious doublespeak and incompetence. They even insured a Maryland car knowing I am a DC resident and that I couldn't drive an md insured and registered car in DC without huge fines. I was told that these three duplications of one accident would fall off my record in Dec 2025 and my ability to get affordable insurance and having a clean driving record would then be possible. Well it's December. I would like Mindy to contact me and tell me that these falsely recorded 3 copies of one accident are GONE. . Update: guess what? these people had the nerve to heart my review. I will take legal action after Dec 31 2025 if the false accidents are not dropped from my record as is the law after 3 years, even for manufactured and fake accidents. I was just informed that my policy was dropped due to falsified information by an email robot. This is, after I have been a loyal state farm customer since I first started driving at sixteen. I have been in no accidents in the past. And in fact, have successfully avoided what could have been a very serious accident. This is the worst company in the world. And the most expensive. They have no respect for people. And they have no respect, four customers who have been loyal for literal decades without causing them any hassle.And paying every bill on time every"

"Dear Elizabeth, that is so unusual to have an email bot create information you deemed false. In fact that is an accusation of fraud we take very seriously. We want to learn more. Please contact me directly with any supporting evidence as we are concerned about a possible security issue on your end. As for renewals State Farm agents are independent contractors. State Farm actually makes the underwriting decisions. But if you experienced bad service personally at my agency that we do have control over. I will review the details of your case to make a necessary adjustement to the processes we do have control over. We wish you the best. "
