"Honestly the agent might be great but I do miss my old agent Isabella and Carey Fisher! I never had an issue of getting hold of someone but I have to call multiple times and it has happened more than once to get a hold of someone. I understand sometimes staff is understaffed but it happens more than once. And it’s ridiculous that state farm will not let their primary customer service number do ANYTHING! Everything has to get through to an agent that I cannot get a hold of. Why is that? Can you not let customer care help if I cannot get in touch with my agent? Like a good neighbor State Farm is here but sometimes I can get a hold of my neighbor much faster than the agent for sure."
